HYDRAULIC FLUIDS WITH AN EXTREMELY HIGH VISCOSITY INDEX well satisfy lubrication needs of suspensions, automatic gate openers, forks, high precision mechanisms, shock absorbers, muzzle brakes, hydraulic devices for machines having numeric controls and robots, when the product has to operate with considerable intervals and temperature ranges. In such circumstances, normal hydraulic oils may not be suitable, due to their excessive thickening at low temperatures and excessive fluidization at high temperatures, with consequent lack or irregular operation of the hydraulic controller.
