Two photovoltaic systems are installed on the roofs of our offices, the production systems and the warehouses of the plant generating an overall power of about 800 KWP.
The two different units, one equipped with monocrystalline silicon cells, the other with polycrystalline solar panels, allow achieving the highest electrical conversion rate both at high and low temperatures.
The photovoltaic systems cover an overall area of more than 6.000 square meters.
With such systems, Oleotecnica has managed to self-produce almost 85% of its energy needs.

Oleotecnica environmental management system is the natural result of the quality policy, to which is assimilated and completed.
Oleotecnica focuses its attention on screening the production process and the evaluation of its environmental impact, and in particular relies on:
- a detailed and periodic analysis of its own environmental management system;
- a direction commitment to observe the applicable legal regulation, some contamination preventive measures and the continuous environmental improvement;
- an identification of the essential tools to make the company work (Resources, Expertise, Roles, Responsibility, Communication management);
- a review and a development of the whole environmental management system. This attitude allows the Company to follow a continuous improvement model starting from Oleotecnica quality level perceived by its customers and Institutions.
